160-31 automatic pipe cutting machine for Stainless steel pipe
Automatic clip feed, cutter feed, fixed-inch set, given the number of stop and work measurement functions.
The machine is mainly worked by circuit Mitsubishi PLC computer controller which is easy operation focused, sensitive and simple maintenance. Automatic feeding, clamp the material, cut feeding system, feeding precise, fast and can cut 4-10 times per minute, cutting, without hurting the surface.
Counter can be set to cut the number of materials, automaticly shutdown after the cut material is completed.Counter can count the total day's work record. The total pressure, before and after pressure can be adjusted without stop to ensure that the work does not crush deformation. Cutting length accuracy at plus or minus 0.03m, smooth surface without burr,disposable clip cut 1-10 pipes each time.
Front clip after clip, blade speed, feed speed can be adjusted by paragraph, Work and workpiece accuracy is under control.

1,Installation and acceptance
1.1 After the machinery from the supply side to the demand side, the demand side is responsible for unloading facility.
1.2 Supplier is responsible for the mechanical commissioning.
1.3Demand side should accept the machine after bending specimens according to demand’s request (subject to the requirements of the contract)
2,Training
Train to all the adjustment workers, operators, maintenance workers (hydraulic, pneumatic lubrication system maintenance personnel, electrical, electronic and control systems personnel, CNC programmers, technical staff),to make sure they can operate, adjust, repair, programming properly.
3,Service.
3.1 Quality "three guarantees" period: 12 months form the commissioning date of acceptance by the demand side
3.2 During the "three guarantees" period of equipment failure, the supplier is responsible for free repair, replacement parts (except for the demand side in violation of the rules of accidental damage caused).
